paid the proposal, free lancer said haven't received it

Hi

 

so i paid a 75$ for as a the proposal and the designer worked and finished his designs, he haven't sent the invoice and he said he haven't received any money 

 

i paid with visa

  Hey Lamia

  As you said, you paid when he sent a proposal, so you would have paid the deposit into Escrow. The designer needs to send an invoice and you release the funds out of Escrow first. The money is sitting there waiting to be distributed. 

  You need to instruct your seller to invoice you so you can release the funds to him.
