Thank you for your message.
Sorry about that. We always request the users to allow us 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays) to process the invoice from the time the buyer has approved the invoice. Please rest assured, your funds are safe and we will process your invoice as soon as possible.
We know how important it is to get paid quickly so we process invoices as fast as possible. The majority of invoices get processed within a matter of minutes or at least just a few hours however some invoices undergo additional security checks so we always suggest that you allow for 3 working days to see the funds in your PPH wallet.
As soon as the invoice has been approved and the funds are available in your PPH wallet you have the option of withdrawing them.
