How to Remove Payment method ?

Hello,

I Have Already added a payment method which was Payoneer.

I didn't receive my Payoneer card now I wold like to remove it.

  Hello,

  I can't remove it.

  I want to remove 1st one and keep 2nd one.
  Also need to change EUR to USD.
