Incorrect Pending Actions Won't Delete

Can anyone help me?

My dashboard constantly shows there to be 3 pending actions to leave feedback for buyers.  However, I am definitely up to date.  It's driving me mad, I like to have a clear, clean dashboard so I know I am up to date.  Does anyone know why this happens and how to remove it?
