My Application rejected..how can i re-submit the application again? and i can't find the place of " Submit Request " to get help from customer support team..even i can't find why i'm rejected.

  Hello Ruwan,

  First, I would like to apologise about the inconvenience you are having.

  The reason why your Application hasn't yet been approved is because of the following :

  Provide a genuine profile picture. Remove contact details from your “about you” section, profile cover image or portfolio items.

  Kindly do so and then I will be able to proceed and approve your application. Just click on Edit under your profile Ruwan :)

  Hello,

  I have a same problem. Trying to re-submit my application but it doesn't work now... for some reason. Meantime, I changed my profile info so it should work.

  my profile is accepted but account is not approved after rejected account I do some changes in my profile but there is no option to send again after changes what I do will u please help me

  Good Evening,

   When l try to apply for projects l get this message,

  "You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved",  yet on my email l got this message,

  "Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile".

  Please advise whether my profile has been accepted or not

  my application is rejected. I received mail that said "we are experiencing a very high numbers of freelancer application".

  what can i do to get my application approve. I also tried to edit the application but  there is no such a option to reapply.

  I submitted my portfolio also and even I set the correct profile picture.

  In my mail not given any reason for the not accepted.

  I am unable to resubmit my profile picture. 

  I don't know why my profile got rejected.

  If the rejection detail is mentioned then i will be able to resubmit my profile. 

  Please re-check my profile and let me know the reason of rejection.

  Hy Faraz is here I got rejected three times because I don't know about the profile presentation but now I completed my profile and not found any option to apply for approval
