Security Question answer not working for setting up payments/invoices!! NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE

Hi i'm trying to set up my payments page so that I can raise and invoice and it isn't working. I know the answer and have tried it in several different ways but it's showing as incorrect so I need this resolved asap as the customer wants an invoice sent.
