i advertised a job asking for four photos to be edited. Someone put in a bid for a fixed rate, which I accepted and paid. He is now asking how much I will pay him for each photo having edited just one. Is that right? Have I misunderstood something?

  Does your job description clearly state that the job is to edit four photos in total?

  kindly when you write job description clearly mention that how many images are work must be done on that fixed price. and never ever pay to any one before the work is done, its also against pph policy to ask for payment before work is not done.
