Buyers sent cancellation request after getting the files

Hi i'm very disappoint with this act which is every second person is doing its all just because of no security when we send the files to the buyer they simply download those files when they get these files and after that when he like it he simply said i'm not happy i want refund. This is very common now a days its effecting us as well as your business too. I request you to please put PPH's logo mark on delivery files like fiverr. so when the buyers like the work then are able to download it and when they download it in their laptops then order has to be mark as completed and then no refund policy. only place this PPH logo on the image till they satisfied and please unable the function of downloading only allow to show files on your PPH orders and they should be not downloadable when they download it then order should mark as completed.
