refund fee

an idiot called LORDANIS.T forced us to cancel the job after he confirmed he can do it. Almost 3 months later, the seller tells us he cannot complete the job because he is too busy with other jobs. the seller has asked us to cancel the job which we did and now PPH charged us a £3 refund fee? WTF is wrong with this place? are you kidding me?

i'm finishing one last job which another seller has already started then i'm out of this stupid pph place. i'll also make sure i spread how bad this site is unfair charges from pph and a bunch of amateurs who cannot do anything properly.

I'm looking forward to removing myself from this place.
