I don't agree with refund fee.

I don't understand your policy on the refund fee.

My supplier sent me proposal that had mistake it it, I used PPH credit to pay.

When canceling and choosing corrected proposal I was charged 5USD of PPH credit! This is very unfair. I could understand if I would use credit card or paypal, not PPH credit! I would appreciate if that 5.25USD was refunded to me.
