Withdrawal request keeps rejecting
Only getting automated replies if at all from PPH support. Seems it might be time to issue in court against them. They were always lacking on staff but seems even more so now. Been going on for nearly 2 months.

I also reached out on Instagram, and they asked for my ticket number. Unfortunately, PPH marked my previous two tickets as "resolved" after saying they "lost" the inquiries. I’ve now created a new ticket and notified them on Instagram as well. I paid for premium ID verification, which shows as verified, but it still says unverified when I try to withdraw.
