Just another example of how ridiculous the PPH support are here - I have asked them "What is a Crowd Expert?" 10 times now, but no one knows the answer. 

Many members have been given a badge on their profile saying "PPH Crowd Expert" but they do not explain what they are. 

The team have ignored my question 9 times and then passed me to a senior advisor who said "I think it has something to do with crowdfunding" 

It is completely ridiculous that they don't even know what their own terminology is!! Can anyone who is a "Crowd Expert" shed any light on what the badge is for? Is it for those who answer forum questions a lot?

  Hi Sabrina,

  Crowd experts were users who actively participated in our forum and community answering questions and assisting other users with their queries. These users would receive the "crowd expert badge" but we have stopped awarding this badge for a while now.

  i also ask same question for PPH Ambassador. but i dont get any ans, as i read few blog posts there are few badges that they give manually to few selected freelancers, 

  but as i understand PPH Crowd Expert is not any thing about crowdfunding, crowdfunding is different industry.
