Proposal which I accepted were  to rewrite two documents. 

The documents are 3/4 done, but the writer told me only one more revision of one document included in the price, which is not enough to finish both of the documents. 

As I happy with parts already done, but I need to repost the job and get someone else who is more enthusiastic about the project to finish it.

Is that possible if both of us agree to do 3/4 payment and close the project without start a dispute?

  Yes, it's possible, contact your seller and explain this to him, if you have deposited the entire amount the seller would raise invoice for 3/4 and refund the rest.
