why is my payment stuck in escrow? i can't withdraw it

  It takes an average of 3 Day to release the payments . Sometimes it happens within an hour but you should only contact the customer support when your Invoice status is "Pending" for more than 3 days, actually 3 business days to be more specific.
  
  And Saturday and Sunday are holiday for PPH and in London. They don't process any payments during this time.

  Yes. Kelly is right. I had a bit of issue. But PPH customer care resolved everything today. If you deliver your client and your client is happy with your work, PPH makes sure that you get paid on time, in real time.
