Hourlie declained

Once i posted an hourlie and that was declined, later i deleted that one and i posted again but this time i am being told that an houlie was already published in the same category. But there is no other hourlie in my account.

Please help

  Go to your profile and click on "My Hourlies" to see the listing of all your Hourlie.
  
  Do note that your Hourlie goes through quality checks by the PPH team. If you are copying and pasting images from google instead of using a Royalty Free Image or you're not sure what you're doing and just trying to put fe lines together and make it an Hourlie, it will not work.
  
  There are tons of spam Hourlie out there. So, figure out what you are selling. You must come up with a solution and be as specific as you can. Try to create a Illustration on your own which matches what you're offering. And check if your Hourlie is shown as "Pending."
  
  It will not go live straight away. Even if it does, it will be taken down, if you can't ensure the quality and meet the guidelines of PPH. For further details consider taking inspiration from here: http://www.peopleperhour.com/hourlies
