I Have Unpaid Invoice (My client says he paid it)
My Invoice Number = 1238948-2
What's the issue?
It has been more than 3 business days and 5 days including the holidays. Why My fund hasn't been released to my PPH account yet?
And why am I not receiving any reply regarding this issue via Support@peopleperhour.com
"Be Patient" is not a reply when it's more than 3 days.
Help me resolve the issue. Either help me to get it now or I will refund and give back the money to my client instantly. I can then opt-out of PPH and start working somewhere else with my client.
In the meantime I have completed further work and I would have submitted another "Invoice." But I'm afraid to do so since my first Invoice is still "Unpaid."
