My Seller Application is not approved ?

Hi i have made my profile couple of months earlier i am a seller but i am getting this msg whenever i made proposal for a job ?

I dont know where i get wrong and how i can approve my seller application ? 

Need some Professional Assistance

  I experienced the same thing 6 times since yesterday. And the email about this doesn't help at all. What should I do?
