Alteration in Feedback Policy when Invoice is automatically paid by PPH Admin
When automatically a payment is released against an Invoice which the client does not pay willingly, the feedback option should not be kept open to the client as he is not making the payment on his own willingness.
Once the Invoice is raised sufficient time is given to the client to make the payment. If the client is not happy with the work, in that case he has the option to "reject" the invoice. He does not need to wait for the payment to go through (by PPH Admin) and then provide a negative feedback.
In many case it so happens that the intention of the client is not correct and he is unwilling to pay for the services done. In such cases the payment is automatically released by PPH admin and the client who was not willing to make the payment tends to cause damage to the provider by providing negative feedback.

I also face few similar experiences but one of them is very interesting, one client post a job and i bid on that, that was first job of my client in this platform,
After he accept my proposal we discuss everything on skype and in few days i give few concepts and revisions and when the design was finalize he stop replying on my messages, he was online on skype and some time i found him online on pph too. but he dont reply to my any messages.After 5 days i send him all final files and send him invoice, he dont reply for 14 more days and one day before the payment was auto released by PPH i got email from client that he need some revisions and he will pay after he got updated designs,He cancel my invoice and send me new revisions instructions, i work on that and 2nd day i send him all new designs according to new instructions, he again disappear and dont reply and i send him invoice next week and he wait more 14 days and one day before the invoice was auto release he again reject the invoice and send me new changes, he do same thing two time more, total 4 times he does same thing, after almost three month i ask him either he has to pay or i will not work further on any revision and file a dispute, after that he said my attitude is very aggressive and this is not a way he want to to work with. i file dispute and he never reply to any dispute messages, as we were working out side pph thats why PPH support cancel the dispute and ask me to provide the full documents in work stream, i provide everything even screenshots of all communication we have on skype.PPH support ask me to raise invoice and put a message for client to pay this invoice or resolve this issue on work stream, he again dont reply for 14 days and one day before the auto release he cancel the invoice, i file dispute again and then strange decision was made my support they divide the whole amount in half. after 6 month i got 50% of the agreed amount with client.
One more big point was client purchase one of by best selling hourlie after few days and after i deliver the work,he give me very bad feedback to give me a lesson.
This is whole new world where you find very interesting and good persons but some times you find few clients that will teach you good lesson. Out of every 10 new clients one client will be those who just join these freelance sites for fun or failed in there real life and want other to be same like them,
MORAL of whole story you must keep going these type of peoples are few in this world lot of great and nice people that really want there work done and give good respect to our hard work so only focus on them.

I have to agree. For 31/2 years I have enjoyed a perfect score. I had a client who did not come back to me, answer questions, give details, simply made no contact at all.
The system started to do the auto-refund, I desperately tried to get the client to respond but they didn't. PPH did the refund, the day after, the client came back and said "I'm still interested in this if you want to do the job". Yet the damage was done. I got the standard one star and there's no recourse. How can PPH all its own system to destroy its freelancers business? If anyone put on social media, in forums, Facebook or anywhere, incorrect feedback right to Libelling me, I can take action to have it amended and even get compensation. Not with PPH's system. The CS team are not interested and it takes too long to get an answer. PPH makes up a small fraction of my business due to the system allowing people who are not qualified or taken ten years to learn my profession to post and complete with me. So a negative feedback like this feels like a knife being twisted evenmore!
