Refund fee of £65.00 (10%) ?
Hello, I purchased an hourlie almost two weeks ago for 650 pounds. The Seller has promised to deliver high-quality guest post in one of the top tech sites. He came back only today with an update that he is not able to deliver what's promised.
Now the question is, how on Earth should I be charged with a 10% fee for his refund??? He simply has stolen my time, not being able to deliver the service expected, why the fee?
Please refund the full amount to my account ASAP as this wasn't anything of my fault. I won't be able to use PPH while such inadequate sellers steel my time and money, and with PPH itself then charging me another 10%. Is it fair?
I've been a fair buyer and now I'm in a such situation for the third time and believe me people are loosing faith in being honest buyers in situations like mine.
I have other refunds with the same issue in my account, please take care of them.
Hope this all gets resolved ASAP.
Regards.

Hello Beo
Thank you for your message.
Sorry about that. Rest assured, I have notified my payments team about this refund fee, they will process it on tomorrow to your PPH wallet then you can use them on the site to find another seller who can finish your Job or withdraw them to your account.
Hope this helps.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

I had the same crap....signed up for an hourly deal...took me forever to pre-fund my account through paypal because my bank won't approve charges to PPH for threat of fraud...at least that is what I was told. I got a message that the delivery was 31 days overdue....and they attempted refund 90% to an account no longer used by me so who knows where the money went. The order was only placed last week and the hourlie is waiting on info for me..that I haven't had time to send him. When I placed the order and prepaid it, I said there was no hurry. What it looks like is that PPH is simply skimming us 10% for whatever reason. I would have wanted any funds returned to my account here so the funds are available for another service.....if there is one! Jerks....can't reach a sole here so buyer beware

Good - I have the same issue still though...and there is no one to reach directly. I prepaid $200 US into my account and then paid the $120 for the offer posted. It was then "refunded" with a 10% fee taken...for no apparent reason. My funds should have just been return to my PPH account to be used for something else.
