Regards to unfair dispute outcome
Regards to recent dispute which was raised between me and the Seller- Dima. The outcome seems unfair to us, reason- we were forced to accept the work by the seller, where we have strictly rejected in advance prior to publishing the blog.
The impact of the poor quality of the work from the seller, is already showing negative signs on our business.
This is the how PPH resolved the dispute-
From the WorkStream we can see that the job was partially completed in keeping with the PPH job delivery terms and conditions. As a result, the seller is entitled to receive a payment for work completed to date. Thus, based on the information available the funds will be split between the Buyer and the Seller.
Thus, we had to split the total amount of- €750.45 into half between the seller and buyer. I’d appreciate if the buyer gets the justice from unfair outcome.

My dispute was unfairly settled by PPH. The ticket number is 1699717 & 1702513. PPH determined that 1699717 was delivered late but complete.
1. It was delivered late but it was not complete.
2. The seller was to provided the source file. He did not. He only provided the render images, therefore the work was not complete.
3. The seller was to provide 8 images, 4 lower walls, 3 upper walls and a bird eye image required. The seller provided multi images of the same three walls, therefore the work was incomplete and incorrect
4. The following was left off the images, Doors, logo, wooden upper ceiling, wooded lower wall and etc.
The seller was not penalized for incomplete and incorrect work. Nor was the seller directed to provide the source file.
Additionally, the seller was paid an extra $ 150 in 1702513. PPH determined that no delivery date was set. They were paid extra to deliver photo realistic render images of 7 walls and a birdeye. They deliver multi images of the same wall. So the seller just uploaded photo and expects us to accept them.
The seller was to update us daily. If he had done that this would not have happen. Because he didn't communicate and he product was not deliver on time. We spent an additional $ 300.00 to have the work he was suppose to do done by a artist. We want the total 600 fee reduced by $ 300 not $ 100.
We believe that is reasonable because the work was not just late as the document show it was incorrect as a result of missing information and incomplete as a result of not getting the sketch up source file.
I am not going to pay for a product that I did not receive. The product was delivered late, incomplete and in correct.
