My location is showing as ZURU. I am in the UK. Can you kindly fix this.

  This ticket has been opened for more than 3 years.

  Same issue here, I am based in Barcelona but my location shows I am in Poland.

  I have been emaling PPH for the last month but support is almost non-existent.

  Their answers redundant and they do not provide evidence to their claims.

  Is there an internal office or a procedure to escalate these tickets and vow our concerns?
