Title name in profile - How do they do it?

You can clearly see that they do not use their real name.  

As awardwinner is not a real name.  PPH requires ID, etc... So how in the world is this possible to change the title of your profile?

  Hi Rafael,

  Many thanks for your email.

  When it is a company like the example you have given, they would need to provide us with company identification, such as a company registration certificate, ID to prove they are the owner of the company and business bank account information.
