Unhappy buyer
Client paid, then said the work I did for him was not what they wanted and they have now engaged someone else to do this work.
I think he will want his money back, but his communication is imprecise so I am not 100% sure.
I don't think he deserves this money back, because I am confident that my work is good. However, if I don't refund him I risk bad feedback.
I withdrew his money from my PPH account before I received his complaint. My PPH account is now empty.
1. Does PPH have a despute resolution service?
2. If my client asks for a refund how do I refund him if my account is empty?
