Why Showing My Payment Method Pending

Hello,
I have Added a Payoneer Payment Method, I got the emails from Payoneer that account has sccessfully activated,

When i go to release funds from my account, its shows me pending in blue color, can you please confirm WHY??

I would like to place my Company Name for my Client instead of MyName is it ok?? please guide
