Payoneer withdraw in pending

Hi, I have add payoneer for withdraw option also have send my verification document (National ID) but it still shows status as 'pending'; How long i need to wait for get paid ?

  My account also pending, i am already provide identity proof and address proof in ticket: 567924

   

  please resolve my issue also, verify my account and payoneer as soon as possible. Thanks
