1) Why is my bank account in pending state? I have uploaded my bank statement and filled the information for my bank account, but it is still showing a pending status.

2) I also added a Skrill payment account, but your automated software is asking for Skrill account statement. I don't know how to generate a Skrill statement.
I am using the same methods on another website, Upwork and they never asked  to me for uploading any bank statement or Skrill verification account statement. I only filled the information about my Skrill and Bank account there, and they verified my Skrill account in 2-3 days and bank account in 5 days.

  Hello:

     I have uploaded the right required documents for my payoneer and Paypal accounts, still my status is not approved. When will this issue be resolved?. I want to withdraw my money. Thank you.
