Identity verification & withdrawal money problem

PPH Help,

 

I added the following account to my PPH account successfully for withdrawal money.

 

1. Local Bank Account

2. Payoneer Account

 

Also, I submitted the following document to verify my identity.

 

1. NID Copy

2. Payoneer Statement (Most recent)

2. Bank Statement (Most recent)

 

 

When can I expect to verify my identity and ability to withdrawal money?
