Withdrawal Account Still Pending

Hi, 

I have attached everything needed for both of my withdrawal accounts. There is obviously something else still wrong with the documents. Is there someone I can communicate with directly to solve the problem, as it is getting frustrating not being able to access my wallet.

  The withdrawal accounts I've added:

  - Payoneer account

  - Local Bank Account

  Since my Payoneer account is new, the proof I have provided may not be correct? As I haven't had any money go through it yet, as I set it up only since I set up PPH.

  What could be the issue?
