It's been almost more than 2 weeks after raising invoice and I didn't get the escrow payment??

Hi

I have raised invoice on 7th August and it's now 18th August and as the client didn't approve the invoice so the escrow payment isn't released as it should have been on 14th August??

My Invoice No : 

New Invoice - #1238018-2

Why???
