Paypal still pending

Hi,

I have to withdraw my money urgently but my paypal account is still pending. I was waiting 3 days and still nothing! This is my hard-earned money and I can't get it! What's wrong? I have provided even more documents than you asked! I really need my money!

  I've heard that for the last few days. My dad is in hospital and I really need every penny now! Meanwhile, you are still writing that your payments team would verify my documents. And they didn't do that! You are a platform for professionals, hovewer, you don't behave professionally. I don't even know at what stage my request is...

  I really need a help with this, not only empty words :(
