Profile not accepted

Hello - wonder if you can help

I've been trying to create a profile for PPH but recently been e-mailed stating that I have not been accepted. I run a small video editing company in London with almost 10years experience and many, many happy customers.

I was hoping that you could help me with this matter and advise me what I am doing wrong.

  I'm glad to confirm your application has been approved by our moderations team. You can now send proposals for the Jobs and post hourlies to sell your services on the site. I hope your issue is resolved.
