HELP ME PLEASE ( USD and € withdraw problem )

I have two problems

The first one :

I have USD, and € in my account

I want to withdraw funds wih my USD payoneer card. USD works good. but when i choose to withdraw my euro amount it show choose a method of payment and don't alow me to withdraw to my current usd payoneer !!!

Why ??

Second :

I try and add a second payoneer account with euro to withdraw euro, you ask for document i send document, and the statue on pending !!!

I make good money on pph, this problems make me think to find out another place, no one wanna spend his day making work and after he get payed strugle with withdraw.

I know you can solve this problem, please respond me
