Approval of Application

After submission of my profile I have received an email requesting:

1. A genuine profile picture  - I have tried 2 and not sure what is wrong with them.

2.Remove Contact details - I have not included any contact details as far as I am aware, what should be removed?

Any guidance on getting registered would be appreciated.

  All the information and identity that i given is real but authority was not approve my application that i cant understand. please point out me what was the wrong and fault ?
