Escrow funds disappeared?

Hi there,

I began a custom job on Aug 5th for £160, a deposit of £90 was put into escrow.
I've since completed the project and invoiced £70, expecting the remaining £90 to be released into the wallet automatically.

This hasn't happened, there is only £70, what happened to the escrow funds?

I don't want to bombard my client with an additional invoices over an potential error, it'll make our relationship awkward.

  Hi Wayne,

  Many thanks for your message. When you invoice a client, you must invoice for the full amount so that the deposit is released from escrow and the buyer is prompted to make the rest of the payment. I hope this helps.
