    Hello Anton,

    It is my understanding that you are having difficulties providing the documents needed for the verification process. I am sorry to hear that. Lets please take it one step at a time, so we can see how we will be able to resolve this.

    Lets please start with the ID. Please send me a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card) so we can verify you identity. As far as the address goes, it can be anything from gas to electricity to mobile phone bill. Additionally, an online bank statement that includes both your name and address will do. Basically, check if there is any document that includes your name and address and I will try my best to get it verified.

    Another issue that need to be mentioned, is the fact that the payment account shared on your profile is registered to another name. This is prohibited in our Platform, so please remove it and add a payment method registered under you name.

    i think you should contact pph customercare.. send them a mail and solve it out through mail. i had same issues and took some time to get it resolved, they would make the process fast only if you contact them through mail!
