I have paid but my freelance is absent

Hi

4 days agò i bought my first job from an Italian Freelancer (Sara B.) for 350€ (paypal).

In this days Sara is totaly absent. I tried to write her and to call by phone but nothing. What can i do to recieve back my payment?

  Hi Augusto

  Try to contact her as you said you have her phone number but if she dont reply or contact back then simply go to the work stream and click on refund.

  it will give three days to her to reply back otherwise the fund will goes back to your account.
