Would be great if the freelancer could get the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly searches for hourlies and freelancers under a paid service. This would give freelancer insight on the trends, on useful skill keywords.

  I would be grateful if you could look into our payment account.  We posted a job for updating our website and selected a freelancer who agreed to charge £65.00.  The sum of £67.50 has already been deducted from my bank account, but the freelancer is saying he has not been paid.  I am also being charged a fee for refund.  The account is in a mess due to no fault of mine, so I see no reason to be paying fees on refund.  Could you please look into this.  The freelancer is entitled to £65.00.
