    Hello Felipe

    Thank you for your message.

We understand your concern, however please note that the majority of invoices get processed within a matter of minutes or at least just a few hours, some invoices undergo additional security checks so we always suggest that you allow for 3 working days(excluding UK public holidays) to see the funds in your PPH wallet.

Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

@Kelly - I have a payment pending for almost a week now. I have created three support tickets and not gotten a single reply. Where are my finds?

trust me, they have the money, but they don't release it. Nice way to treat people, especially with your fees of about 25% at the moment. I guess we will be at 30% by the end of the year. No such thing as customer support, only lame excuses and empty promises. Security reasons - ha! Charge the money and get it from the client. What security is necessary here? They won't tell you because there isn't. Each and every time I have to deal with PPh it is a shitty experience.
