RE-SUBMIT APPLICATION Button Loop

My application is telling me I need a better photo, I've updated it to a more clear photo of my face.

When I click RE-SUBMIT APPLICATION it just reloads the page and doesn't take me to my application page.

Anyone else have this issue?/Have a fix?

  THE SAME PROBLEM IS HAPPENING TO ME BUT IT IS ALSO NOT UPDATING  MY PROFILE PHOTO WHICH I UPLOADED SEVERAL TIMES
