I need to refund escrow funds to a buyer

I need to refund escrow funds to a buyer for work not yet completed as I am unable to complete the work.

 

How can I do this?

  Hi Anna,

  Many thanks for your message.

  Please go to the workstream with the buyer, scroll to your text box where you would send your buyer a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including 'More'. Click that and select 'Issue Refund'.

  Hi Kelly,

   

  I asked the buyer to request a refund and it has now been processed I believe.

  However, the buyer placed £30 in my escrow and only £28.50 was refunded - why is this?
