Endorsement Email Not Showing

Hey Guys

 

One of my clients has told me that the endorsement request I sent never showed up. I cannot resend, as I have already sent it once, and it is not in her junk folder either. 

 

Is there a direct link I can send her to follow? If so, where can I find it?
