Hello! I am unable to download the work that the freelancer did for me, which is very annoying. Can you please sort out this problem? Many thanks Ileana

  Tell the freelancer to send it to you by some other means!  You'll be waiting weeks for a reply here, which isn't fair on your freelancer.

  I already paid the freelancer and he is not responding to my request to send it by email :-(

  Oh, you paid him before actually going through his work?  Not sure what can be done in that case. 

  Major problem here is PPH do not tell people they have a message anymore.  He may not be aware - being that you've paid him, he thinks the project's complete. 

  Could you try using another browser?
