Unfair Moderation of clarification questions

Hi PPH,

We are well known about your clarification question violation terms,

• no contact details are revealed
• you are not advertising your skills
• no spam content is included
• the content of the question is detailed and clear for the buyer to answer

We respect your terms and following your rules, but we got the violation email today for a few projects since we did not share contact, no self advertising, no spam content and detailed question posted.

The question is"did you get a chance to review my proposal which I submiited last week?"

May I know the reason, why I got violation email from PPH?
