"Provide a genuine profile picture."

Hi, 

I submitted my original application with a generic photo of a typewriter and was asked to submit a "genuine" profile picture. I assumed this meant I should use an actual photo of myself, which I now have, but I received the same email. Is this an error or is my current photo still unacceptable? It was taken on vacation with the sun behind me so my face is not that clear, but it is a photo of me.

  Same here, I change 4 times my picture and doesn't matter. Right now is more of a year when I registered and I can't do a proposal, someone can help me please

  I'm having the same issue. Trying to add a real photo of myself and system isn't accepting it.
