What do I have to do to get PPH to answer a complaint. I appointed two sellers who both failed to respond to any communications. I gave them both ample time to respond which they didnt. One refunded their deposit the other is refusing because she wants our company to give her another jiob
Not only that PPH has taken 10% off our refund on the first one. What sort of company are you. You advertise and promote your sellers and when they fail to deliver you charge me the client 10%
This is disgusting.

I have had a look in your account and I can see a solved ticket which was relating to a refund from your seller, but I don't see any communication from you regarding us charging you a 10% fee on this refund. Because of this, I have opened up a ticket for you with our customer support team and someone will email you soon.

Hello, The same case is with me as well.
The seller doesn't respond to my refund request. I have requested for refund on 4th of October, 2016 since he crossed many no of days post the deadline set.
As part of your policy it says, if the seller doesn't respond, I will get refund in 3 days.
