Unable to Pay my Seller
PPH is becoming ridiculous. I moved from Upwork after being with them for 10 years, and my first project with PPH and your system won't even let me pay the designer (who I also brought over from Upwork). To make things worse, you removed the money out of my bank out and so everything sits in limbo. My personal profile says no documentation is needed, but yet you won't release the money. The designer who has worked very hard is waiting on your system to pay him. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!

Below is the email I received from PPH Support. What irks me to no end is that they took the money out of my bank account before verifying me. I'm okay in having to be verified, but I'm not okay them stating that I can't pay my seller, but they can take my money. I could have done all of this work BEFORE I engaged my seller. Or at the very least done it while my seller was doing my project. Now my seller has to be punished because PPH is absolutely inept. Btw, no where in my account does it say I need to be verified. In fact, it states that no documentation is needed.
Once I get this straightened out I am NEVER returning. I do $10,000s of outsourcing work on a consistent basis AND I just signed up my BILLION dollar company (14 Billion to be exact) to work with PPH. Yeah, that's now not going to happen. This is what happens when you give a bad user experience to your users. I was unhappy with Upwork, but at least they make it possible for me to pay my sellers!
