pending payment

Hi, I was paid for a job today. Normally as soon as a client pays I can withdraw the funds to send to my bank. However, it been saying it's 'pending' for several hours now. I am not at all happy about this as I need the money and it takes long enough to reach my bank account once I can withdraw the funds! Any advice? I would very much like someone from the site to respond to this, as I've seen you've occasionally done with other queries. Thanks.
