Not getting notifications when jobs awarded to someone else

Hi there

Ever since I joined PPH, I've not had a single notification when a job has been awarded to someone else, even though I always tick the box to say "notify me if the job's awarded to someone else". My notifications list has nothing.

Please can you explain why this is and fix this for me.

  And just coming up to six months later - it's still not working! I constantly appear to be experiencing this problem even though I too am ticking the box to request notification when the job is awarded. Also, I have to cancel my own proposals myself (and give a reason as to why, which is odd!) even though I would expect the proposal to be cancelled automatically if the job has been awarded to someone else.
