I Need A Refund
Hello,
I got someone to work on my website but he failed to communicate with me and when I asked him to tell me when he has reached a certain point so that I can instruct him on implementation, he beat about the bush then invoiced me after his own interpretation of what work needed to be done. He failed time and time again to communicate with me and as such I cannot work with him. I asked for a refund and he said that he wants it to be brought to the attention of pph staff so I am here. I really just want to continue and get another seller to work with me as I lost time.

Many thanks for your message. I'm sorry to read about your situation.
Please go to the workstream with the seller, scroll to your text box where you would send your seller a message. Above the text box you will see a list of options including ‘More’. Click that and select ‘Request Refund’. At this point, the seller will select 'Dispute'. This will then bring the situation to the attention of PPH staff, who will ask you both some questions and come to a conclusion.
