Bank details still pending

After more than a week my bank details are still pending. A verification document has been included but still the account shows as pending. I have had no communication that there is a problem with this

  Hello, I have exactly the same problem, and my documents have also been flagged as 'pending'  for a week by now.
  As I would like to withdraw my funds, I would ask this issue to be resolved asap.
